We collect information provided during registration for Customer Engine Academy™ or while using the Growthworks™ software platform. This data is used to deliver services, manage memberships, and improve user experience.
Internal Infrastructure & Security
Your data is processed and stored using high-performance internal infrastructure, including:
- Vercel — Application Hosting
- Supabase — Database Management
- GitHub — Version Control
We do not utilize all-in-one third-party marketing suites. All member data is managed within our proprietary internal dashboard.
AI Disclosure
We utilize AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI to power automated customer service agents and copywriting tools.
- Privacy Guarantee: Our AI agents are strictly prohibited from accessing, analyzing, or storing user business financials.
- Usage: AI is used solely to assist with support inquiries and to facilitate marketing copy generation for members.
Tracking & Marketing
We utilize retargeting pixels from Meta (Facebook), Google Tag Manager, and TikTok to deliver relevant advertising. Users may opt out of tracking via their browser settings or our site-wide cookie banner.

Terms & Conditions

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Geek-Free Marketing, Inc. d/b/a The Fletcher Method ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any Services from Company — including training content, coaching, consulting, membership programs, community access, and software tools provided through our platform(s) (the "Platform") — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") in their entirety and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Company may terminate your ability to use our Platform and Services without notice if you do not comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform and Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform and Services.
By clicking "Purchase," "Subscribe," "Join," or any similar button, or by otherwise completing a transaction for any Services, you provide your electronic signature and consent to this Agreement in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
1. Definitions
"Services" means all products and services offered by Company, including but not limited to: online training courses and educational content; coaching and consulting services; membership programs; community access and participation; software tools, AI-powered tools, and platform features; live events, workshops, and strategy sessions; and any related materials, resources, or deliverables.
"Platform" means the website(s), software applications, tools, and digital infrastructure through which Company delivers its Services.
"Training Content" means courses, lessons, modules, frameworks, templates, guides, recorded sessions, and other educational materials created or curated by Company.
"Software Tools" means the technology features, applications, automations, AI-powered tools, integrations, and digital tools provided through the Platform.
"AI Tools" means artificial intelligence powered features within the Platform that generate marketing content, business strategies, coaching recommendations, and other outputs using third-party AI models.
"AI Outputs" means any content, text, strategies, recommendations, frameworks, or other materials generated by AI Tools in response to Client input.
"Membership" means an ongoing service relationship in which Company provides the member with access to a combination of Training Content, Software Tools, community features, customer support, platform maintenance, and other Services as determined by Company.
"Client" or "you" or "your" refers to any individual or entity that purchases, subscribes to, or accesses any Services.
2. Nature of Services
Company provides marketing education, training, coaching, and consulting services, supported by proprietary software tools, AI-powered tools, and platform technology. The Services are designed to be used together as an integrated offering.
2.5 AI-Powered Tools and Generated Content
The Platform may include AI Tools that generate AI Outputs. Client acknowledges and agrees that: (a) AI Outputs may contain errors and Company does not guarantee accuracy; (b) Client is solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI Outputs; (c) AI Outputs do not constitute professional advice; (d) Client may use AI Outputs for their own business but may not resell or redistribute them; (e) Content submitted to AI Tools may be processed by third-party providers; (f) AI Tools may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Membership and Access Terms
Monthly Memberships automatically renew every 30 days. Annual Memberships automatically renew every 365 days. Either party may cancel with at least ten (10) days notice before the next renewal date by emailing support@fletchermethod.com.
Lifetime Access means continued access for the operational life of the product or service — not for the lifetime of the Client or any indefinite period. Lifetime Access purchases are final and non-refundable. Memberships are non-transferable.
4. Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay all applicable charges in United States dollars. Services are billed in advance. Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Company. Payment plan clients are obligated to pay all installments regardless of continued use.
5. Refund Policy
All Services are sold with a strict no-refund policy. Fees are non-refundable, and Company does not provide refunds or credits for partially used, unused, or expired memberships. Physical product orders must be returned within 30 days in original condition.
6. Modification and Discontinuation
Company reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform and Services at any time. Company will make reasonable efforts to provide at least sixty (60) days advance notice to affected members.
7. Coaching and Consulting
Company cannot guarantee specific results. Results vary based on the Client's effort, implementation, market conditions, industry, and business model. Any references to income or business results are for illustrative purposes only.
8. Intellectual Property
All coaching frameworks, training systems, course content, software, and AI prompt structures remain solely with Company. Client receives a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform while membership is active.
9–10. Confidential Information
All non-public information disclosed by Company is deemed Confidential Information. Client shall not disclose, transfer, or reverse engineer Confidential Information.
14. Client Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims arising from Client's website, conduct, use of AI Outputs, or breach of these Terms.
15–16. Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
24. Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Deschutes County, Oregon.
25. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation, then mediation in Deschutes County, Oregon, before pursuing other remedies.

For physical goods (including books and training manuals), we offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be returned in original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Digital memberships remain non-refundable per our Terms & Conditions.
